HOT!

Our oven was repaired while I was in Pittsburgh and The Magician has been making up for lost time with cookies, pineapple upside-down cake and more cookies.

He has tomorrow off and will be starting on Thanksgiving dinner. 2 pumpkin pies and brineing the turkey. This is the 3rd Thanksgiving that he's done nearly all on his own. I'll make some fancy dressing (shallots, mushrooms, almonds, dried cherries) on Thursday.

My non-profit management class tonight focused on organizational change. Timely!
